SHIPPING METHODS

Deliveries of orders from the ergon-creativestores.com website are carried out within three (3) working days of their confirmation, in case the goods are ready for delivery. In case there is a problem with availability or for any other reason we will contact you.

Orders are shipped/delivered in the following ways:

· Via Courier (Speedex)

· Pickup from the store

Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Orders completed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday are processed on the first business day from the order date.

Shipments and deliveries do not take place on Sundays and holidays.

ATTENTION: In some remote areas shipping by courier is still impossible. In such cases, the shipment will be made after telephone consultation with Leader Trade.

The Customer undertakes to provide all possible access for the delivery of the products.

Transportation Charges

· Courier: For orders over €50 shipping costs are free. While for orders below €50, shipping costs by Courier amount to €4.

· Pickup from the store: No shipping costs.

* For countries outside the E.U.: ‘’Extra fees may occur which the recipient pays ’’.
